This qualification is specifically designed for both experienced and new trainers who wish to enhance their instructional skills and obtain a globally recognized training qualification.

  • Duration: 1 Day (10:00 AM to 5:00 PM)

  • Mode of Delivery: Online Virtual Mode or Classroom Mode at HGP Training Center (Vadodara, Gujarat, India)

Course Content:

The program will comprehensively cover essential training modules, including:

  • Effective training principles

  • Designing professional presentation slides

  • Session planning and time management

  • Understanding different learning styles

  • Managing groups and handling classroom dynamics

  • Advanced questioning techniques

  • Assessment methods

Assessment Structure:

To successfully achieve the qualification, candidates will undergo:

  1. An observation report based on 1 or 2 sessions.

  2. A practical demonstration involving a 20-30 minute micro-teach session.
